BELVAC is non-profit organization that under the guidance of an executive board. The society is also member of the IUVSTA. The latter is subdivided in divisions, and within each division a BELVAC delegate represents our society. BELVAC also nominates a Councillor and an Alternate Councillor to represent it on the Excecutive Council which meets twice a year.
